BillCalm helps adults understand and coordinate recurring shared costs. It is not a bank, money transmitter, lender, accounting service, or financial adviser.

Who can use BillCalm

You must be at least 18 and able to enter agreements for the accounts and shared costs you add. Do not add another person, merchant, or financial detail without permission.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking amounts, participants, dates, limits, and the status of any real-world payment. App records do not replace statements from a bank, card issuer, landlord, utility, or subscription provider.

Manual-tracker limitation

BillCalm does not connect to banks, inspect transactions, contact other participants, or move funds. Any future payment feature will require separate terms, appropriate partners, explicit authorization, and availability by jurisdiction.

BillCalm Plus

Paid digital features are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled in Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple handles charges, refunds, and cancellation.

Availability and changes

We may improve, limit, or discontinue features. We may suspend misuse that threatens other people, the service, or the integrity of shared records. Material term changes will be presented before they take effect.
